Artists roundtable Radio special coming next Monday

We’re exceptionally happy to announce that on Monday March 12 at 9PM EST, Middle-earth network radio will be playing host to some of the finest Tolkien artists around in a special artists roundtable.

Five of the artists we’ve had the pleasure of featuring here on Middle-earth news – Ted Nasmith, Jef Murray, Justin Gerard, Stephen Walsh and Ruth Lacon – will be joining your usual radio hosts for what promises to be a fascinating discussion about trying to capture Tolkien’s imagination in art. Hopefully you’ll be joining them all, not just to listen but also in the chatroom with any questions you have for the artists. We’re hopeful we’ll be able to put as many of them to the artists as time allows.

One of the most fascinating things about the world that Tolkien created is discovering it through another persons eyes and so bringing 5 artists together who do just that in their everyday lives should make for a truly fascinating and insightful discussion. So, don’t forget to tune into Middle-earth network radio Monday March 12 at 9PM EST for the artist roundtable special!
