I think that even the *possibility* of this being the case is exciting!
I saw it today as well… Towards the end of the day there was a whole heap of smoke pouring out from the set. There’s also a lot more screens up around it, making it VERY difficult to see anything clearly! Not sure what’s going on, but it’s all very exciting.
We heard a small unverified rumour a few weeks ago that “Smaug was going to attack soon”, but I didn’t pay much attention to it; the source was unverified. It looks like the source just got verified, huh?
