I recommend something with a ð sound in it because it’s lovely (and can also be alternatively spelled that way — but that’s just me, and I can only think of Elvish names, no Hobbit ones
The other one I see, looking at her — Silevril. It means Silmaril and is also rather Elvish, maybe not a Baby Hobbit sort of name, but you did ask for suggestions. ^_-

Congratulations on your new addition. She’s very cute. As for names, I was always partial to the name Elora. It was top on my list if I ever had a girl (mom of three boys).
