Moot of the Muses – Round Two!

Greetings Middle-Earthlings! Because the first Moot of the Muses was by all accounts a great success, we are organizing another one. Join us in the Rabbit Room on the Teamspeak server Friday, June 29 at 1:30 PM EST to discuss the possibility of collaborating with and getting feedback from other writers, artists, musicians and the many other creative folk that make up the Middle-Earth Network. We will be discussing the forthcoming Legendarium quarterly, setting up further meetings designed to share your work and get feedback from other creators as well as possible mentoring opportunities for the young and aspiring.  The first Moot was attended by many of our members including Kylie (who designed the wonderful logo you see above), Victoria of Epistle Publishing, Kas of Grail Quest Books, Lara Sookoo of Oloris Publishing and Paula DiSante, the writer of of Born of Hope.  And we’ve got another great line-up planned for this one so you won’t want to miss it!

If you are confused and do not know what the first Moot of the Muses was all about, you can go here to get the scoop!

  1. I LOOOOVE the logo Kylie made!

  2. Still having problems with Teamspeak. Which means I’m going to feel left out. :/

  3. Aw man! In the middle of my workday? COME ON.

  4. Excellent logo, Kylie!

The chosen time will actually work for me, being on the Left Coast it’s late morning and usually the time when I get to play on the computer ;)

The first Moot was so much fun, and encouraging. I look forward to the next!
